Returns and exchanges are only accepted in case you have received a damaged product or a wrong product.
Each item is examined and packed with utmost care before shipment. Therefore, chances of receiving a damaged product are very less, but in case where damage has occurred during the shipment transit.
- Please email us at raangbirangisilver@gmail.com with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt.
- Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
- Refunds will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 2 working days, after we receive the shipment in good condition.
Cancelation Policy
We do not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed.
